Tyler is the co-owner and Chief Executive Officer of Naden, LLC. Over the last 20 years he has provided financial and operational leadership to mid-size and Fortune 100 companies. His experience is deep rooted in financial acumen, manufacturing excellence and operational performance.
Tyler began his career in aerospace working for The Boeing Company supporting the Boeing AH-64 Apache helicopter program. He worked closely with engineering teams tasked with designing the next generation Apache, supply chain teams driving best in class suppliers and manufacturing teams executing lean manufacturing and just-in-time inventory systems. This strong foundation allowed Tyler to go on and lead crucial projects for manufacturing brands such as Radial, a world leader in electronic connectors and Fender Musical Instruments, the world leader in guitars. His career moved into executive management supporting private equity portfolio mid-size manufacturing and operation companies.
In 2024, Tyler was able to partner with Mark Naden in efforts to help further scale Naden’s manufacturing capabilities. Mark’s extensive engineering leadership coupled with Tyler’s executive and manufacturing leadership has made an excellent combination for Naden’s future. Under Tyler and Mark’s leadership, Naden will continue to be a customer first organization, built upon the best team of professionals in the business and driven by a culture of collaboration, first-time quality, on-time delivery, and joy and passion for what we do. We did not come this far to only come this far.
Mark’s career spans over two decades in the design and development of power electronics, systems controls equipment for aerospace, defense, power generation and renewable energy. His journey has encompassed a spectrum of roles in both startup and established organizations, where he has led from the front as a lead design engineer, product engineer, and technical program manager.
Notable achievements and contributions include the pioneering design of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner battery charger unit, the first power electronics that propelled the SpaceX Dragon space vehicle, and the creation of FAA-certified radio power supplies for General Dynamics Mission Systems.
